You have 15 days from receipt of your order to initiate a return with vimmia.com. Any orders that are initiated after the 15 day period will not be accepted for refund.

All purchases must be returned in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with original tags attached. We cannot accept returns showing signs of wear including sweat, make-up, deodorant, etc. All returned products will be inspected upon receipt by our warehouse. If products are not in salable condition, your return will be denied and such items will not be refunded.

Sales items may not be returned.

To receive a return authorization number, complete the return form online with your order number, the merchandise you wish to return, and the reason for your return.

Once you receive a return authorization number from customer service, please indicate the RA# on the outside of the box where it is visible. Without the RA#, the processing of your return may be delayed.

You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

(**For your personal protection, we highly recommend that you ship your return using a traceable carrier such as UPS, Federal Express, or US Postal Service (registered, insured, or signature required). VALE GENTA is not responsible for any return packages that are lost in transit to our warehouse.)

Refunds may take up to 15 business days.
