Vale's Favorite Miami Restaurants

Vale's Favorite Miami Restaurants

Well, we all know Miami is growing and we’re all just trying to keep up. Being born and raised in Miami Beach, even I can’t keep count of all the amazing restaurants here so I figured I’d make a small list of my current favorite restaurants in Miami. The equation for a good spot? fun ambiance + delicious food + tasty drinks = my Friday night out

Here are my recommendations for my 10 favorite restaurants in the Miami area

(In no particular order)

Macchialina

A rustic italian restaurant right in Miami Beach. A very energetic and fun date spot. Make sure to call for a reservation before since it’s small, it gets booked up fast. I’ll take any excuse to go out to dinner here just so I could order the Creamy Polenta, the spaghetti cacio e pepe, and the branzino. They also have delicious orange wine which is always a plus for me!!

C.viche 105

Spending a lot of my childhood in Peru and being raised with a Mom who cooks delicious traditional Peruvian meals, you know I had to find my favorite Peruvian restaurant in Miami. C.Viche 105 has multiple locations throughout Miami. (Downtown, Miami Beach, Aventura) My go to is always the Lomo Saltado, Ceviche de pescado and Aji de Gallina. You just can’t go wrong here.

Motek

A delicious Israeli Mediterranean restaurant with multiple locations in Miami (Downtown, Aventura, and Miami Beach coming soon!) The food is so refreshing here, such as the Isreali Salad, Falafel, and more. I love going to Motek with friends and enjoying a casual spot.

Mandolin Aegean Bistro

I’m not sure if I love the food more or the vibes more. A delicious Greek restaurant based in Miami design District. The patio seating and lovely lighting makes you want to spend your whole night here, trying everything on the menu. Especially the grilled octopus, grilled halloumi, chicken kebab, and of course a side of french fries!!

Joe’s Stone Crab

A true Miami classic! Joe’s Stone has been around for as long as we’ve been alive, 108 years to be exact. When a restaurant has been open for over a century, they know what they’re doing. Joe’s Stone Crab is known for exactly that, their delicious fresh stone crab. You also can;t go wrong by ordering their lobster mac & cheese and their key lime pie is a must! Perfect date night spot where you could also walk around South Pointe Park that’s right on the water.

Abba Telavivian Kitchen

A new restaurant located in Miami Beach South of fifth that I have already been to three times. Mediterranean operation specializing in dishes from Tel Aviv, plus an awesome Sunday brunch. The spot is so cute and has such a great ambiance. Great for lunch since the decorations are bright and beautiful, inside and out. They have delicious wine and their food is exquisite!! The falafel, hummus, fattoush salad, and grilled lamb chops are my favorite dishes.

Mister01 Pizza

Probably one of my favorite pizzas in all of Miami. It’s a delicious hidden gem in Miami Beach but delivery works just as well. They’re known for their “Star Shaped Pizza” named the Star Luca, filled with ricotta cheese, spicy salami calabrese, mozzarella, and tomato sauce…AKA HEAVEN. Pizza truly makes the world go round.

Mila

Mila is the perfect place to go get drinks with your girls or a fun date night. A MediterrAsian rooftop bar with an indoor/outdoor set up, a fire dancer giving you good vibes, and fresh fruit drinks means it is the exact spot you need for a Friday night. My favorite dishes are the brussel sprouts, wagyu carpaccio, and the grilled branzino.

La Natural

Yep. Pizza once again. La Natural is located in Little River and the vibes are exquisite. A totally different feel than south beach restaurants, the atmosphere is so elevated and cool. It's a local neighborhood spot, and those places always treat you like family. They also have some delicious orange wine to pair with your pizza. Our favorite pizza dish is the tomato sauce, garlic confit, chili, oregano (add cheese)!

Pubbelly

Probably one of my all time favorite sushi spots in Miami mainly because it just gives me a nostalgic feel. I’ve been going to Pubbelly for as long as I can remember and they are consistent. Every time I feel satisfied and content with my order. I also love the area because it’s home, located right in Sunset Harbor. Would always recommend the Naughty Roll and Heat Roll, as well as the Tuna Pizza.
