You have 30 days from receipt of your order to initiate a return with valegenta.com. Any orders that are initiated after the 15 day period will not be accepted for refund.
All purchases must be returned in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with original tags attached. We cannot accept returns showing signs of wear including sweat, make-up, deodorant, etc. All returned products will be inspected upon receipt by our warehouse. If products are not in salable condition, your return will be denied and such items will not be refunded.
We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on International orders, please pay close attention to our size guides or contact us directly to be sure you get the size you love. (email@example.com)

All purchases must be pre-authorized for return. To receive a return authorization number, complete the return form online with your order number, the merchandise you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
Once you receive a return authorization number from customer service, please indicate the RA# on the outside of the box where it is visible. Without the RA#, the processing of your return may be delayed.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
